Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "wc2026" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to the wc2026 online gaming platform accessible at https://wc2026.bio and all subdomains, applications, and services operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the wc2026 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration, through which all gaming activity, deposits, withdrawals, and communications are conducted.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, event, or market available on the wc2026 Platform.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of funds currently held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds, credited winnings, and any applicable bonus amounts, less all wagers placed and withdrawals processed.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements, as distinct from cash funds deposited directly by the Player.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total value of wagers that must be placed by a Player before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under wc2026's anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering policies.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" — Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency unit used for all transactions on the wc2026 Platform.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone applied to all operational schedules, support hours, and transaction processing windows referenced in these Terms.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the wc2026 Platform is expressly prohibited.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the wc2026 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis for as long as a Player maintains an active Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. wc2026 operates a strict 21+ policy and will not knowingly permit any individual under this age to register, deposit, or wager. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and must access the Platform from a location in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
• Single Account: Each individual Player may hold only one active Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or through proxies — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or deposit-limit restriction that you have voluntarily set through the Responsible Gaming tools on the Platform. Players who have self-excluded may not circumvent that exclusion by registering a new Account.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of wc2026 or any affiliated entity are not permitted to hold Player Accounts or place real-money wagers on the Platform.

wc2026 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, wc2026 may suspend the Account, withhold withdrawals pending verification, or permanently close the Account in accordance with Clause 13 of these Terms.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on wc2026, you are required to register an Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including — but not limited to — your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, email address, and a phone number capable of receiving verification messages.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify wc2026 promptly upon discovering unauthorised access.

wc2026 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Players enrolled in the VIP programme are required to maintain active 2FA at all times. wc2026 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not constitute a right to access the Platform; wc2026 may impose additional verification requirements before granting full Account access.

Identity Verification (KYC)

wc2026 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, upon a significant increase in deposit activity, or at any other time at wc2026's sole discretion.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identity document (Indonesian National ID / KTP, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence bearing your name and address).
• Proof of ownership for each payment method used (e.g., a screenshot or statement showing that the bank account or e-wallet belongs to you).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested for enhanced verification.

Withdrawal requests will be held pending until all requested KYC documentation has been received and approved. wc2026 aims to complete document reviews within 48 hours of receiving a complete submission. Incomplete or illegible documents will be returned for resubmission, which may extend the review timeline.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in strict accordance with wc2026's Privacy Policy. Data is processed solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

Deposits

wc2026 accepts deposits denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified payment channels:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the Account reviewed for compliance. wc2026 does not accept deposits made in cash, cryptocurrency, or via any payment method not listed above.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes of the transaction being completed, contact customer support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available cash funds (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds subject to active Wagering Requirements) at any time through the Account cashier. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the wc2026 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Requests submitted by unverified Accounts will be queued pending document review.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within 1–5 minutes during standard WIB banking hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed within 5–20 minutes during standard WIB banking hours. Transfers initiated outside banking hours may be queued for processing at the next available window.
• wc2026 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times by up to 48 hours in exceptional circumstances.
• A Player may submit up to five withdrawal requests per 24-hour period. Requests exceeding this limit will be queued for the following day.

wc2026 does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees; please consult your bank or e-wallet provider for their current fee schedules.

Bonuses & Promotions

wc2026 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed, as well as the general provisions set out in this Clause.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from cash funds and are clearly labelled within the Account Balance display.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard Wagering Requirement for all bonuses is 25× the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a bonus of Rp 100.000, you must place cumulative wagers totalling at least Rp 2.500.000 before any portion of that bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only wagers placed using cash funds (not Bonus Funds) on the Sportsbook at odds of 1.50 or greater, or on eligible casino games, contribute toward Wagering Requirements, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of credit unless the specific promotion specifies a shorter or longer validity period. Expired bonus amounts and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• wc2026 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Wagering Requirement already in progress at the time of cancellation will remain valid for its original expiry period.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, bonus hunting strategies, or the use of multiple Accounts to claim a promotion multiple times — is prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related balances.
• A Player may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time. Duplicate bonus claims will be cancelled.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on wc2026 are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between those game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

Sportsbook wagers — including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets — are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the governing body. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void, wagers will be settled according to the Sportsbook rules in force at the time the bet was placed.

Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or by physical dealing/spinning in streamed live-dealer environments operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. wc2026 does not influence or interfere with game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a gaming session — including but not limited to server disconnection, software error, or display fault — wc2026 will investigate the session logs and, where possible, settle the affected wager on the basis of the recorded game state at the time of the malfunction. Where the game state cannot be determined, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's cash balance. wc2026's decision in such matters is final.

Responsible Gaming

wc2026 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a suite of tools to help Players maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time through Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure on-screen notifications to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for wagering, and no new deposits will be accepted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may apply for a self-exclusion of 6 months, 12 months, or indefinite duration. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the specified period has elapsed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wc2026 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, data-mining tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, the processing of proceeds of crime, or any form of financial fraud through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in the poker room or in live-dealer environments.
• Engaging in bonus abuse as defined in Clause 7.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward wc2026 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the wc2026 software, API, or infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the wc2026 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface designs, software code, game assets, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of wc2026 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, distribute, publicly display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without express prior written consent from wc2026.

Game titles, graphics, and sound assets provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remain the intellectual property of those respective studios and are used on the Platform under licence.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wc2026 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where wc2026 has not been notified promptly.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, DDoS attacks, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond wc2026's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by sporting governing bodies that affect the settlement of sportsbook wagers, including match abandonments, result reversals, or player disqualifications.
• Any financial loss arising from participation in games of chance, it being acknowledged that gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss.

In any event, wc2026's maximum aggregate liability to any single Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits wc2026's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Suspension & Termination

wc2026 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where wc2026 reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The Account is being used for prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 10.
• Continued operation of the Account would present a financial, legal, or reputational risk to wc2026.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has requested the suspension or closure.

Upon permanent Account closure, any cash balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to wc2026 (including voided bonus winnings and administrative charges where applicable) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method within 10 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC review.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure will be processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawal at the time of closure will continue to be processed normally.

Privacy & Data

wc2026 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

All data transmissions between your device and the wc2026 Platform are protected by TLS 1.3 encryption. Sensitive financial data is tokenised and never stored in plain text. Amendments

wc2026 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to wagering requirements, withdrawal limits, or eligibility criteria — wc2026 will notify registered Players by email to the address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

For non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications, and administrative updates), changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Continued use of the Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which wc2026 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through wc2026's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English.

Nothing in this Clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia. Where Indonesian consumer protection law provides rights that cannot be excluded or limited by contract, those rights remain in full force.

wc2026 operates as an internationally licensed platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform complies with all applicable local laws in their jurisdiction.
